Undeliverable Packages
In rare cases, a package may be returned to us. Our customer service team will contact you via email to resolve the issue. The following scenarios may apply:
Inaccurate Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our customer service team will reach out. A re-delivery fee will apply for reshipping.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If you are not available during delivery:
- Australia Post: A notification will be left in your mailbox to collect your parcel at your local post office.
- Aramex or Allied Express: We will arrange a convenient re-delivery time. A re-delivery fee may apply if you are not available at the scheduled time.
Rejected by Receiver
If the parcel is a gift, please inform the recipient to avoid rejection. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned and needs to be resent.
Delivery Delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will lodge an inquiry with our courier partner, which may take up to 2 working days. If no update is received, we will provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
